Fall 2014 -- SW Arkansas, November 6-9
I had a conference in November in Hot Springs, so I arranged to ride there. Dad, Richard, and Richard's son Kyle met me in Hot Springs after my conference. Kyle rode Richard's 2001 Triumph Trophy 1200 and Richard rode Dad's 1994 BMW R1100RS. Dad was on his 2001 BMW R1100RS and I was on my 2000 BMW R1100RS.Hot Springs is a beautiful city.
The Ozarks in the fall are beautiful and we had some chilly but great riding.
We made a stop at the Heavener Runestone in eastern OK, an alleged Viking marking on a rock. It's a hoax, but a clever one.
It was another great outing for three generations of riders in the South family.
